石坝镇陈彩浓强拆案跟踪报道：

经过我们的努力，两个半月撤销了广东省惠州市博罗县政府博自然资（整）【2022】198号《责令改正违法行为通知书》，石坝镇人民政府《违法违章建设限期拆除通知书（送达）》已被确认违法，现已向博罗县石坝镇提出行政赔偿申请书月余，石坝镇应未给出答复……并且博罗县林业局答复，镇村干部所编造的公益生态林谎言，也是村里管辖，跟林业无关，就是2003年违法上报的849亩公益林在2022年也有300多亩被变更成宅基地和土地 ，那么为什么别人(包括陈英联)能变更公益林为宅基地，而陈彩浓不能把属于自己花钱和用土地置换的自留地作为宅基地使用呢？原由难道还是镇村勾结使用的花招吗？
